Thumbs down

I have mine on my swing arm. It's supposed to be under the plate but F that. I have never had a cop write me up before. They grumble but if they are being that nitpicky F em. You can read the thing. I have a custom plate mount and ain't extending it just to put the stupid inspection on there. BS anyway, the inspection. Just the man's way of getting our dubs.

Here's a pic of my inspection sticker on a mounting plate flipped over so its on the backside of my license plate, if I get stopped I'll just say "I didn't know, I'll flip it when I get home"

note red reflector is the GSXR...

There are a lot of harleys up here at work, many of them you can't see the inspection sticker if you were driving behind the bike, the are on a mounting plate parallel with the ground which you can see if you walk up behind the bike.
I couldn't find it in the Texas Transportation Code.

Thanks. Again .... we have the same wording problem. 'Near' and 'Rear' are too subjective.

It's section 548.255 here as well in the actual Transportation Code:

Mine is both attached to the rear and near the license plate. Just not facing the rear.

Just put it on your helmet. You're covered no matter what you ride, and it's clearly visible. Yeah, right.

Muchos Thank You's on the placement options

I will go for the rear area below the plate to offset any QUESTIONS by authority. Have the real estate to do it!

Thanks... enternamehere@earthlink.net
