to much free time and spare parts...

So after riding my kx65 for a bit the rear shock just isnt what I want its to soft eben though its built and valved already. So im swapping it for a gsxr 750 shock. It actually doewnt require to much modificaton to fit. Just cut a little off the bracket and make a u joint bracket and boom.

Why you ask? Im cheap brandt had this shock laying around so I picked it up for STUPID cheap. I didnt wanna spend 600 on an ohlins just yet before I make sure tmgp is what I wanna do.

Im trying to upload photos but it wont let me it keeps asking for the url and I dont wanna upload them to a photo account so ill do it later.

I also picked up a 38t rear sprocket for cmra just need to order fork brace so I avoid head shake at higher speeds so see some of you guys on both grids .

Yup mine has an sv shock. Its a little stiff but I would rather have it too stiff then too soft. It doesnt like to squat very much in the rear under acceleration. Not a huge deal because because its not easy to spin up the rear on this little bikes.

ya i got the idea from hector with him having a SV rear and liking it. so i did a little research and found the GSXR is a very close fit. can't wait to see the finished product next week.
