Exclamation Beware of harleyloweringkits.com

I ordered a lowering kit for my 2011 Dyna but the one they sent don't fit. They require that you submit an explanation of why you are returning the kit and then they claim they will give you a Return Authorization Number. I did exactly what they ask (3 weeks ago) and still haven't received a response. I sent a 2nd email and still no response. I have called the phone number listed on their website at least a dozen times and never get an answer, message or voicemail. I will update this if I ever get a response.

^ Word. You'd be surprised what someone will do about the situation when you start letting the media/internets know about it.

So protest the charge on your credit card. Document everything you did, and they will reverse the charges. THAT gets the attention of crappy businesses in a hurry.
