Hope the link worked

Quote:
Just before 6 p.m Wednesday New Caney Fire Department and MCHD were dispatched to an auto-motorcycle accident at Kropik Road at SH 242. When they arrived the found a Chevrolet Impala in the ditch on the north side of the intersection with extensive front end damage.Next to it was a Honda motorcycle with extensive front damage. The driver of the motorcycle was almost one hundred feet from the scene and was critically injured.
The driver of the Impala was slightly injured as was the female passenger. In the back seat were a one-year old child and and infant, both in safety seats.
Medics and firefighters worked on the motorcycle for over thirty-minutes before putting him on PHI Air Medical who flew him to Hermann Hospital in Houston in critical condition.
According to DPS Troopers on the scene the white Chevrolet Impala was eastbound on SH 242 and turned north onto Kropik Road. As they turned they failed to yield right of way to a Honda motorcycle striking it almost head-on.
It was determined that the driver of the Impala was intoxicated. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office is assisting DPS on the crash.
DPS is still attempting to positively identify all persons involved. The male driver of the Impala was said to be in his early twenties, the female the same. The motorcycle driver is believed to be in his mid-fifties.
We will update as soon as additional information is available.

RIP. For killing someone and risking the lives of kids. He should do a minimum of 15 yrs. BUT we all know with this system. He'll be out in 6 months and have 2 years probation. They don't want to spend the money it takes to keep them in prison. They would rather put them back on the street and make money off fining him and probation costs.
