Video editing stuff...

I'm working on a presentation for my speech class as well as some personal projects regarding video footage. I am a noob when it comes to this stuff so what programs and whatnot am I looking at needing to put together a few short (1-5 min) videos from scratch and splicing in some videos that I've already got on my computer?

Tks

Do you have Windows Movie Maker? It's easy to use...yes, even I can use it.

Use Movie maker to create your clips and if you need better transitions, fills, etc. import them over to Premiere.
