Well my hubby has had a bike on and off for the 14 years we have been together and I can remember 3 maybe 4 times that I rode on the back with him!...... I have had my own for more than two years now and I ride WAY more than he does! I ride all the time, by myself, with friends and with him side by side! I really enjoy having a hobby that we both enjoy, but I have to admit I am way more obsessed with it than he is!!!

I know it might be considered ugly, but see if you can put something on the back of the bike to hold her rear end in place and make her not feel like she's going to slide backwards.

I wanted a bike since I don't know when and then I saw the R6 about four-five years back and knew I had to get it. To make a long story short, I always wanted the R6 but started on a 250 and now have the VFR, which I love. One day, I'll also have my R6! :icon_bigg

And in regards to the original post, from a girl's point of view that rides, it is much easier to be with someone that also rides. I could not image being with someone that doesn't.

My lil lady doesn't have a bike but shes been on the back of mine once. I've been sayin, "lets go for a ride" a few times here lately and shes like "yeah sure.." but its has never happened again. i know shes scared and whatnot because she went to my friend's funeral and he died in a motorcycle accident. so i guess that kinda messed with her. shes ok at driving but when you drive more aggressive and ur mind set while driving a car/motorcycle is more indepth and concentrated on car control, then your views are different towards ur bf/gf or hub/wife driving abilities. my gf likes to brake before she gets into the turn lane so you then have people having to move out of her way because shes slowed down too much in the driving lane or she brakes while making a turn and doing that on a front wheel drive car feels funny and minimizes the handling capabilities of the car. now i have a bunch of lady friends who always ask to go ride and whatnot but my lil lady doesn't like that too much so i guess i am going to ride alone unless theres some other chick out there who has her own bike and wants to ride with me... :eh:

My fiancee wants a Busa for her first bike! Yes I say a Busa, and only for the looks. Why I'm scared:
1. She has the money to buy one
2. She has bad nerves, and is the anxious back seat driver
3. The more I ride the more she talks about it.
I'm seriously looking into if its possible to put a 50cc motor in a Busa frame.

Well...I love riding and I am very aggresive. I usually intimidate the snot outta most of my guy friends but I think they still like to ride with me. Personally, I prefer riding my own bike but it is really fun sometimes to do the whole "ride on the back with your special interest" thing.

As far as the girls don't have the skillz to ride comments...I happen to agree for the most part. In a broad sense...a lot of women are not cut out for riding or driving for that fact. I believe I have the skillz for riding but then again...I'm blonde...dang...second strike against me. lol

Newer only in manufactur date. Old tech. Her bike is more modern. sorry. Nothing like a hot chick on a hot bike to get things moving.
