Jet: his location says NYC

1983: why would you pay $100 for an oil change?

Doesnt sound too outrageous to me. What tires?

I paid for one oil change at a dealership. It was the first on my new ZX10. I wanted them to check the oil, and make sure all was well (with them witnessing it). It was $85 in 2005.

i spend about less than 50 for my oil/filter since I just do it myself (bill at wwh gives us a discount), take the tires off myself and replace them either with a friend get them done for $10 (off the bike) and then $200 for a set of Q2's

200
50
20

but i suppose you were being kind of lazy and didnt want to do any of the work yourself and save money so.... yeah you will pay top dollar.

Michelin tires front & back & Synthetic oil for $100 or $70 for regular
So might as well do synthetic & not worry for 8k miles more instead of 4k

I kind of hate spending money on things that just need to be done, but are no fun...
Got you beat by a bit today... Just gave my ford dealer $2882.96 for work on my diesel 4x4...hurt my feelings.
