if you just started riding I would recommend just keeping the 750 for right now honestly, theres probably a ton of other stuff you could be investing in right now but all depends on what kind of riding you want to achieve.

750 to 1k

There isn't that much difference between the 2. Do a sprocket change if you want more grunt from it

Re: 750 to 1k

Should've bought a 1K and put 750 stickers on it.

, I went the other way. I sold my 750 and got a 600 so I could learn to ride better on the track. Now I am on a 1k and am not much faster that I was on the r6. It is better for power wheelies out of the corners though.

06 gsxr 750

If that's all you want to accomplish, just go down to a 15t front and keep going up in the rear until you can power whooooolie like you want.

Just check the motor mounts. Not really as complicated as you think. All I needed was two motor mount brackets and a grinder for my 04 750.

You should be able to do this as is.

If you ride it everywhere just go 2 up in the back and call it a day. It will be noticeably different and still ride at a decent rpm down the freeway.
