Sorry to hear that your friend's bike got stolen. I don't know what is worst, have it returned fuked up or never to see it again? I have my bike stolen not too long ago too. Haven't seen it anywhere on craiglist or ebay for that matters. Still waiting for insurance to pay for it.

It actually has alot to do with the DA's office... Brazoria County used to have a reputation for being VERY aggressive with prosecution of terds. Now, they're just a huge joke! You would (and should) be be SCARED and OUTRAGED to see what people are allowed to get away with!
