How to listen to aux/talk while riding?

So I have a radio station I listen too in the mornings but I am confused as to how to get the best talk and speaker quality without wind noise and being able to hear the radio?

thanks

I like the Scala Rider Q9. I can hear the radio with ear plugs in.

I also wear an underarmor skull cap. It helps keep things in place.

I butchered a pair of cheap noise cancelling headphones and velcro'd them in my helmet. Cuts out most of the wind, noise, treble engine noise. Ipod is clear as IEMs.

This would be the best option. I use it everyday at work. Bluetooth intercom feature with other riders is nice as well.
