just flush it all out and put new coolant in. its one bolt.. just like an oil change.. but no filter to replace. keep the cap open when running the bike to let the coolant circulate and you can pour in more

Uhhhh one bolt I looked for a radiator drain like cars have, no luck.. :(

should be on the left side of the motor.. the lowest bolt. 8mm. not to sure.. its been a while since ive sold my 03 600rr. check out 600rr.net
