Question How to reset tip sensor?

The tip sensor is the only code popping up. How do you reset it on the 07 GSXR?

As long as the sensor is properly positioned you should just need to cycle the key. Yours might be dangling from the wreck.
Fwiw I don't recommend bypassing them. In a wreck you can toast your engine if it's running on it's side, or worse yet the throttle gets stuck wide open while tumbling.

Thanks Patrick. I've got the battery unplugged right now. I'll go cycle the key a few times and see what it does. Wiring looks good and that's the only code. Fingers crossed.

Is the sensor still properly positioned/secured?
Check all of your harness plug connections to see if any came loose.
Check your fuses too.

How many times should the key be cycled? Tip sensor is sitting properly and cycled the key about 20 times and still nothing. Should I try it more or look into other problems?

One cycle is enough. Like I posted above, start looking for other issues.

Bracket broken? Installed upside down? Those things can be a pain.

If it is installed properly, and in working order, it should fire up, after being upright for a few minutes.
