My first time there. Took me about 4 sessions to get my bike set up. I was running high psi in my tires (conti attack front and Pilot ROAD 2 ct rear). After we let some air out, it was way better... Then we adjusted the suspension. Even better. By then we had crashes about every session.
Yeah, it was fun, but, I really had to constantly watch out for faster riders. I missed my mirrors a lot. Lol

Did you go to Motorcycles Unlimited first for your suspension?

Nice video. Dealing with mis-adjusted suspension and tires can make a fun day a hassle for sure. You still looked pretty smooth. Just work on your lines. Being off the racing line really can up your corner entry and slow you down even more.

This part here isn't meant to be criticism, but instead just hopefully some helpful suggestions: It looks like you were off to the side a lot maybe trying to make room for faster bikes. However, and others can chime in, but unless you're signaling to slow down or pit out I'd rather have a rider stay on the line even if they're slower and just let me work around you. If you're on the line and predictable, I only have to worry about myself while getting around you. If you're off the line I'm worried about setting up my pass while also wondering, "where is this bike gonna go when I try to pass". I ride an SV650 so I don't have gobs of excess power to shoot past other bikes quickly so I'm usually relying on momentum and a predictable path.

And that's me at 18:53 in the red leathers.

Yeah, I got out to the track about 5 minutes late for that session and the marshal waved me on through without stopping me to say, "hey there's some cones out there". I was a bit surprised when I came through the corner to find cones in my intended path! At least they were far enough down the track to make adjustments.

, after a couple of close passes in corners by guys in orange vests, and a couple of inside passes, I was worried about me and my bike getting taken out. I am going to get a track bike soon... Maybe.

X-ray, You are right. Like I said, my bike was hard to maneuver and get traction for the first 2 sessions. Besides, this was my first TD here.. I wanted to take the first half day easy learning the track and getting my bike setup right.
The last 2 sessions I was feeling better, even with the strong winds.. My main concern was getting taken out by one or more riders in race mode... Just wasn't ready to crash yet...lol. Once I get my beater track bike and a few TD there I'll be good to play.
