I have an F4i and I took off my seat today and when I put it back on it realized it wont lock and It didn't use to be like that so if you can give me any input on what it could be it will be much appreciated.

I don't see the lock mechanism. Maybe the latch hasn't closed from when it opened to release the seat. Use the key to open and close the latch to see if it moves.

Looks like the latch came unbolted.
Look in your tail for it.
