How did the track come in? Lvl 2 is probly the most dangerous level. Its amazing Josh that you could walk away from this. Thankful for all that run off room!!

Track was decent after probably the first 2 sessions. I don't know if anybody went down in lv3 today. S20's with no tire warmers made for a fun day when it was cold.

Watch the concussion, hopefully you've got some one to stay with you the next day or two.
Did you get a Cat Scan?
As far as the body aches, for the first 24 hours ice packs and cold soaks only. Tomorrow though pick up some epsom salts and soak a couple of times in as hot a tub as you can stand. Do that for the next few days and it'll really help.

I have a tank and swing arm, probably a subframe when you start trying to resurrect her.
