quick paint touchup tips?

Are there any quick paint touch-up pens or spray cans or whatever that yall use when you get a scratch on your bike? Im noticing more and more scratches from the proir owner as i am cleaning up the bike and am starting to think it was left dirty on purpose when i got it.

It might sound stupid but I touched up a few spots on my bike with nail polish. They make about every color in the rainbow and its cheap to boot.I actually showed my daughter the color and she brought some home some that matched perfect.
