any difference in power between headers?

i have a black header and carbon yosh for a 2000 gsxr 600, or a stainless header and stainless yosh for a 04 gsxr 600. would there be any difference power wise between the two headers? i know the header will determine which pipe i use and i would prefer to use the carbon but i ran the motor today and A/F is way off and i think the 2000 headers on the 04 is messin with it.

this is on a 04 gsxr 600 in a 2000 gsxr 600 frame, dont worry about mouting positions or footpegs or any of that, that will all be designed around the exhaust not the other way around

well i went ahead and used the 04 header. The 2000 header is reduced a size smaller at the exhaust port for about 7 inches from the port (Im sure in an effort to increase torque, increase burn efficiency), the 04 headers are only reduced enough to hold the header flanges in place which leads me to believe that the 04 will flow better in the higher RPM, and besides the engine is designed for that header....why not use it....ill miss my carbon yosh tho, guess ill have to used the stainless:eh:
