the sold my buddy a wrecked/ rebuilt bike and told him its never been wrecked, bondo on the tank under the paint and all, front end even looks off when taken to a professional. em. go stand infront of their business (not on their property) with a sign saying their bikes are lemons =)

but thanks for all yalls reply's they have never done me wrong in the past i have spent so much money over the last 6yrs there @ tejas just really suprised they took my money after a 10 min application fee....1000.00 cash might not seem like alot but i work hard to make it...

New or used bike? It makes all the difference in the world. People get so wrapped up in the fact that they got someone to approve them for financing and they have this "I'm actually getting a bike" mentality and let that blind them for the important things. Then once the newness wears off they start looking at things a bit better. At in which they realize that they fd up and try to place the blame on the shop. Remember next time that you hold the cash and cards in your hand when you walk into a shop and that it is you that has the choice to do business with them or not. It isn't the other way around.

just a wild hair guess but im guessing they told you it was a non-refundable deposit and he said ok. not that he was paying attention to what they were saying, or that that makes it right....

ive dealt with ghost before and so has a buddy. he aint a bad person, but lets just say the deals were less than smooth.
