***** update got my money back today!!!!! here is a pic
LET me start by saying i have spent thousands of dollars since 2001 when i bought my gsxr1000 from them.Iwent over there today to buy the new 2007 gsxr1000 i put a $1000.00 dollars cash down have a cash reciept after all the paper work was down iwas looking @ the contract they were charging me a additional 700 for prep and 300.00 dollar delivery fee total of 1000.00 dollars to much i did not sign a thang!!!!! told them i was not paying there jack up fee demanded my money back they said no!!!!! there policy is what ever you give them when you start a deal you lose it and cant have it back!!! I had the general manager come out named STEVE he told me to leave and they are keeping my thousand dollars cash i called the police they said it was a civil matter they cant to anything!!! The police said that is against tthe law to take my money i have to get a laywer!!!

I TOLD STEVE I WAS GETTING A LAWYER HE SAID SEE YOU IN COURT WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE!!!!

yea there policy is no refund but they were jacking up the price to high never signed anything saying cant have money back!!do have a cash ticket reciept that says deposit hold 2007 gsxr1000 only

i bought my bike from tejas in victoria and they charged me the same prep and delivery charge, the after i bought it i had them take it to my house which was about 6 miles and they charged me 50 bucks. they bad thing is they wanted to ride to my house.

why on earth would anybody give $, before the final price is negotiated?

I am willing to bet that he put money for a deposit just so he would be the first in town to get the 2007 GSXR1K and didn't negotiate a final OTD price. Which is a bad thing. Never give money till the deal is in writing.
