2003 gsxr 750 throttle problem???

I got a gsxr 750.. and anywhere between 3000k to 4k the bike is boggy.. like its not getting enough fuel.. but before 3k its picks up fine.. and after 4k it picks up and rides fine.. any help?? And would a pinched fuel line do this?

A pinched fuel line will usually manifest itself at higher revs/throttle openings.
Your issue is pretty rpm specific down low.
Does it do it in every gear or is it gear specific?
