Should I buy It!!???

Ok, I have been keeping this secret from ya'll. but I have been seriously looking into buying up a piece of property with a quaint stilted house and the property even has two separate guest cabins.
Question is, should I buy it or not?

property values increase as you get nearer and nearer to a metropolis.....the cost of real estate is usually directly proportional to how far you are from civilization. knowing the local property values of the area would help you talk the price down a bit
