I can't imagine someone sitting around thinking..."I could do a double backflip on my dirtbike..." I would have told him to sober up and get back to reality.

That takes , I'm certain that there are people out there that have been permanently injured for attempting far less stunts than this.

i remember when they first did a back flip on a dirt bike. now its like everyone is doing it. i guess this will be common to see in the near future

Travis has been getting paid by his sponsors (Suzuki, Red Bull, DC, etc..) to pretty much do whatever he wants. I guess because he sits around and thinks of insane stunts then goes out and tries them.

he learned it on dirt... watch the Nitro Circus III DVD i got it if you wanna sneak a peek. it shows all 36 of his failed attempts and then he pulls it off and says wow.. that was harder than i thought. and that was it.
