Maybe your skills are on point and maybe you could keep up, bit trying to keep a pace like these guys on 3090 your first time. You might be the one in the ditch.

The more you post, the more I don't think this the RIDE you're looking for.

i like a moderate pace but like you said my first time on this road so best i take a more relaxed pace.
I realise i was being stupid earlier wanting to go fast the ride is new rider oriented, im not going to mess it up for them.

Lucar, how are we going to organize this? I was thinking people that want to help new riders should lead small groups of 6 riders leaving 10 min apart. Faster riders leaving first, and taking a longer route. Newer riders taking a shorter more direct route. What do you think?

There will not be a fast and a slow group, the group rides as one and the leader adjusts to the pace of the slowest rider to make sure everyone is at a comfortable pace and does not cause a significant accordion effect.

This is geared more towards ensuring everyone one is at a comfortable pace specially the NOOBS.

My wife is a noob, and I want to keep her safe. I think the group is rather large. Just my opinion.
