MotoGP Austin 2013, 3 day pass for $185 (turn 15), is it a good deal?

Repsol offers tickets to contractors and employees.

Cost is $165 per person, and $60 for parking for the 3 days.

"Buy MotoGP tickets!
MotoGP tickets are also available for purchase. Cost for each ticket (3-day pass) is $185. Cost per parking pass is $60. Please fill out the attached form and send with your check for the proper amount though intercompany mail to <some name here>. Deadline: Feb. 25. Only orders with complete information and proper payment will be processed. (If you win a ticket in the raffle, you will be able to sit with your other ticket holders.)"

That is all I know.

Seem like a good deal?

I'm in T15 also. Looks like no matter what, they're not offering you any kind of deal. The price per ticket (even in T15) depends on the row selection (which is not identified in your OP). Here is what is on the COTA sight:

$133.00 Reserved Turn 15 Rows 25+

$179.00 Reserved Turn 15 Rows 13-24

$159.00 Reserved Turn 15 Rows 1-12

Parking is $60 for 3 days.

Kind of like the Ducati deal, it didn't look all that appealing IMO when it was posted a while back either.

Looks like the majority of our ATX group is T15 also. A few are T1 and GA. I wanted a guaranteed place to sit and to be able to see more than a straight line. T15 looked like the best bang for the buck.

I said it before and I'll say it again. A motogp 2013 run of Motohouston shirts should be made to help all of us spot the others that weekend!

R1 forum as well. Shirts would be a good idea.

I figured I'd use Saturday practice and qualifying to take pics from lawn areas and then use the seats for the races.

Good idea!

I'm glad they're doing all 3 groups, and not just the big bikes. Moto2 is my fave!

I'll be in section MG204 at the start/finish line and bought a parking pass. From what my friends in Austin are saying, hotel rooms will be sold out soon. If you're thinking about going, now is the time to book a room and score a ticket.

This will be my first MotoGP event and I'm beyond amped up to catch it!

That's what we did for the F1 race last November. Turn 15 is my favorite place if you're near the edge of the stands since you can see a lot of turns at once.
