For the most part, I agree.
I just forget that I am in Texas now Texas is the perfect place for a busa.

LOL, we can be civil in cases involving bike opinions.

I am sure we are all biased to more "aggresive" bikes around here. Sometimes we all forget that not everyone rides the same way, or prefers a different view on how or what style to ride....I am just as guilty.

My heart is offroad and dualsports, with a good chunk of ADV riding.
Strictly street gets boring to me. I am surprised I have not crashed the FZ1 riding like an idiot on TX gravel roads

I love it.....

The guy who rates himself at 1-3 months experience & 1 trackday says he'll be 5 times faster on a motard............. Feel like putting some money on that one?

A busa is falls more on the sport side than touring. Great for two up riding as well.

Although no Hayabusa, my B-King is closely related to it, in fact I think it's slightly heavier with minor differences in suspension geometry; so my bike is going to be less sharp with the 200 rear tire and larger rake.

For such a large "sport" oriented motorcycle I was surprised at how it handles. You forget the weight once it's moving. I only realize it's over 550lbs when I'm pushing it around in the driveway and doing really fast left to right transitions.

Prior to this I had an '06 Speed Triple and '03 SV. It doesn't feel 100lbs more than the previous bikes once you're going.

So you base someone's skill/ability based on what you read under there name? If that's the case why would anyone consider believing anything you have to say? Since there is no experience/credit under your name.

Lol just poking at you

I put around 1500 miles on a buddys busa. 500 miles with a passenger. Very comfortable bike and GREAT with a passenger. Rode backroads and twisties on it and it handled very well. For what your wanting it for it sounds like a great fit. Good luck!

Might wanna get an insurance quote first. Just for giggles I checked to see how much a ZX14 would be in insure, and it was 4-times more expensive than the C14, which is based on the ZX14. Busa was about the same.

I will run my busa at TWS (Texas World Speedway) against anybody out there for 500, on a motard, IF they are "5" times faster, and I,m old and slow, think about it they would have to run 30 second laps to beat a 2.5 minute lap that aint gonna happen
