Looking for a new Whip??

I have 33000 on my 2009 ZX6R and shes getting a little rough so Im in the market for a new ride.
I comute down the hov to the VA about three days a week. I was looking at the sport Tour models FJR, Kawa, or the ST. I am also looking at Harleys like the Fat Boy. I have had my sport bike out this week and I really love that 14000 red line. Im pushing 50 so I wonder if its time for a grown up bike. Well any ideas???
Thanks

You should def give Stubb's a shot at earning your business...

From past experience, I'll be buying another bike there (Thanks to Armando, Beauford, and Tommy!)

A VFR1200 can be a fun bike if you don't want the ST and I know Stubbs has that too..

I'm older than you and I'm riding a Ducati.
You're only ready for a "grown up" bike when you are ready.

There is no such thing as a "grown-up" bike. I know of at least one grey-haired gentleman on Ducati 848 that can whip the of a lot of guys here on litre bikes.

Ride what you enjoy riding. There are bikes that may be better suited for long cruise on superslab, but sounds like you like to bounce off the rev limiter. You do that with an open-class sport tourer, you'd be there at the VA in 20 minutes... towing a gaggle of Crown Vics with flashing lights.

You might go try out an ST just to see if you might take to it. They are built with a whole 'nother set of deisgn priorities compared to a 600SS.
