lol. a friend of a friend did it for me. its actually the hugger off of his 750. traded my original for that one because its just something he was playing around with, and it doesnt match his bike anyway.

just the hugger so far. i was thinking about maybe doing the front one too, but dunno how "feminine" it would look, lol. i think the hugger adds a nice accent to it by itself. but who knows, i may have more done. oh and its not clear coated. i was thiking about coating it, but the dull look actually blends in with the frame real well. subtle, not too flashy kinda thing.

They sell clear in a can, but it's not the same as the catalyzed clear coat that's standard for bikes & cars. It might (over time) fade the paint if you don't use a UV clear.

Most auto body shops will clear coat a small piece for you for a small fee. They just shoot it when they've already got a batch of clear mixed up for something else.
