How solid are plugs in street tires? My bike has one and I think I'd feel a lot more comfortable with just a new tire instead.

I'd say a regular plug is okay for freeway speeds <65. No high speeds or that thing will shoot out. The one I had installed, is a patch/plug combo and I honestly thought it would be fine.

Too late to join? If theres a third group, I'll take that one. I have been riding for a while now, but there was a year or 2 break, so... yeah.

Hmmm. I may put my pegs on also. Being in the second group and all so it won't be " out". I will also put my hand up to sweep the second if nobody has already. As for msrh I am a strong maybe.

You will do just fine in the second group.... Since we will be going to msrh, our pace will be very noob friendly and perfect for people riding 2 up. Weather should be really nice for us to relax and enjoy the cruise to msrh.

I need to find my pegs first lol

No out at all on this ride, it will be a nice little cruise this time.

So far no sweeper for the second group so it looks like you volunteered at the right time

Well just to give you a quick update ....and not related to tomorrow ride but this morning Racerxxx and myself went for a out ride on 1489 and of course RR....no incidents or tickets.....we just wanted to make sure that Racer road residents do not forget the B.O.R.C
Warm or cold we will keep them on their toes
Great ride with paul as always....not a single rock or any obstacles

glad you 2 polar bears had fun this morning, for me the only obstacle was the cold weather, i pulled my bike outside and the cold hit me, i felt like penguin testicles on ice, so left the bike outside and went straight back to bed.
