Check out a place called Come Correct Customs in pearland. Their main thing is cars, but they can re-do your seat in any material you want. Custom lights and all that too. Owner is a good friend of mine.

FWIW, it isn't that difficult to recover most motorcycle seats. I know you are wanting to get a pro to do it right. You might wanna take out the old seat cover and have a look see. It only takes removing the staples anyway. You're gonna take it to a pro anyway. No harm done.

I've recovered bike seats before, even sewed one out of nawgahide for an '86 XJ700 years ago. I took off the worn out stock cover, unstitched the 3 separate panels, ironed them flat, then used them as patterns to trace onto the nawgahyde.

If you get a premade cover, all it takes usually is stretching it over the seat foam/pan and staple down. Key is to use a divide and conquer pattern - stretch the cover in a X pattern first, then progressively tighten up each of the corners, again in a X pattern. This way, the whole cover comes out even and you don't end up with the cover bunched up in spots.

just a thought.
