929 help??

My bike had a short awhile back before it was running fine no prob. Well after I changed the wiring harness out. My bike runs but like I start it, it idles fine but after you pass 5k on the rpms the bike bogs down and wants to cut out. I have to let off the throttle to keep it going. It will gradually gain speen but not on wot. I checked my fuel pressure regulator disconnected my pc3. I was wondering how do I check for a vacuum leak and pull off the fault codes. And if anyone has the correct firing order for these bikes would be awesome. I tried my best to unplug and plug the new harness in.
