Whatever the instructions say......

I think it's like 4-5 caps per quart with distilled water.

In smaller cooling systems, use 4-5 caps per quart. It can be added to new or used antifreeze to improve the heat transfer of ethylene and propylene glycol systems.

i tried that a long time ago, and it made the coolant clowdy..

Just remember that water wetter itself has no anti-freeze properties. Houston doesn't get cold very often, but it does dip below freezing occasionally. I would not use water wetter + water alone, unless you keep you bike in an heated garage and only ride in warm weather.
