That looks likes Blake Young on the Attack CRT bike.

its a Bridgestone tire testing event, but they are running the track the opposite direction than it will be raced.

MotoGP Bikes Lapping At Austin Today
by seymore and staff
Tuesday, February 12, 2013
Both the Attack and GP Tech CRT MotoGP bikes are lapping today at Circuit of the Americas.

Riders are ex-Yosh Superbike pilot Blake Young on the Attack Kawasaki machine, and Michael Barnes and Ty Howard on the GP Tech machines.

It is expected that both Attack and GP Tech will field riders at each of the three USGPs next season.

Attack's previous rider, Daytona 200 winner Steve Rapp, is currently working as a commercial pilot for Go Jet. Rapp says he'd like to continue to race but also needs to make a living, and remains ... conflicted.

These photos show them running it in the normal direction. I also feel it is unlikely that they will run it in reverse for the race with turn 20 becoming turn 1 as the runoffs are not designed for that direction especially for motorcycles.

The two photos above in this thread are at the entry of turn 10. The elevation changes may make it appear different because the tower in the background, but they are normal direction running from the standard CCW direction.

I'll look, but these photos came from a guy who runs a facebook fan page for the track and gets photos daily of their random testing and so on.
