Awesome thanks for letting me know about the strider races we have been trying to find out if they have them in Houston! I don't see an official calendar on beltway 8s site , but we will probably go out there and check it out with his strider and BMX bike as well.

The strider is such an awesome learning tool!

thats awesome man.

i take mine riding all the time as well. but he won't touch a bicycle... but loves anything motorized. pretty sure i screwed that up. i think im going to get him a pw50 as well, then use it as motivation to get him to ride his bike. lol.

TomballD,
Was telling a few buddies about your kiddos success riding at the age of 3! Time for you to upload some backyard shenanigan videos of that kiddos skill set as of today. My daughter is receiving her stryder style bike in the near future....can't wait!

That's good stuff man! This almost makes me want to have kids (jk). I'm glad you actually bought him gear so he realizes the importance of wearing it early, unlike others on this forum.

Yeah you should see him right now I need to get some new videos put up. He knows not to even get on the bike without all his gear on.

Good stuff right there. We have been teaching my buddy's 8yo to ride the past few weeks on a KTM junior.

I don't remember seeing these originally, but that's awesome. I'm about to start looking for a stock 50 I can teach my boys to ride on.

That's pretty cool man. He didn't fall on any of the videos and look like he picked it up rather quickly. Teach em young!

Awesome! I started on a 1991 PW50 when I was 4 years old, I thank my dad all the time for getting me into this sport, and I thank my mom for allowing it. 22 years of riding under my belt and not a chance of it stopping anytime soon. Can't wait to have a little guy of my own to teach one day.

Got me beat. I started at 3 with training wheels tho. Not sure when my dad took them off to be honest. You should be very proud and i'm sure your boy will be too. I still brag from time to time about me riding at 3 years old lol.
