use paint stripper on the lips & wipe it off....

Bad idea to try to polish the whole wheel. Its impossible to maintain behind the rotors & chain.

I like the anodized look but if your wheel are stock theyre likely cast and billet mixed which will look like . Look at some flat transparent powdercoats they look anodized when sprayed over superchrome. Powder coat of tx will do em 60 bucks a wheel. Aluminum that is exposed will oxidize bro.....not good
