2-Up riding(2 guys)

Ok who was it? Hwy 90 and East Beltway on a Yellow CBR. The driver had on a black t-shirt and black basketball shorts...the passenger also a guy at least had jeans but no helmet....wtf are u guys thinkin???

Then the passenger kept waving at us...
