i don't believe in practice, it gives you too much time to get scared.
Just go out there and wing it.

I will be a spectator too, for all practical purposes, I will just be spectating from a bike on the track.

Thank you Mike! YES, there will be at least two rounds of practice guys. We're going to stagger you about 2-3 seconds apart so you don't go taking each other out before the actual races,

It's practice 'starts' that we're going to try to keep to a minimum. This is when your heat race is called and guys hang back and do little burnouts. It wastes time, burns clutches and ruts up the track. We may designate a zone to practice a start or two but when your heat is up, you get yo'self to the line.

6 days and counting...

DIRT WARS - Bling!!!!

Stop it, you're getting me all worked up and I'm headed to a wedding right now. In case you didn't know, wedding < DirtWars.

If you want to practice starting take your dirtbike outside and ride anywhere.....

If you don't have a dirtbike and are racing....the start should probably be the least of your worries....

Back to topic....

Bring aloe Vera for your freshly waxed =p

Who am I kidding....I've ridden the out of sole bikes on the dirt and even practice flat tracking on knobbies and crude terrain but I've never truly flat track raced.

Is it really easy to ride that rear out from under you?

Nah, not on these TTR-125's. It can be done, and you will get sideways (hopefully) but they won't spit you off into oblivion like a 450 can. It's far more likely to lose the front going into a turn if you're heavy on the front brake.

Man I wish I was racing this deal.
