I would hate to be the guy responsible for machining that thing. I've machined small Ti pieces and, although not impossible, it definitely wasn't easy.

I agree. The multiple welds at the very back/top section of the exhaust. I'd like to see what it looks like without the bodywork on the bike as it looks like the exhaust is very complex.
