There is actually a lot of merit for the radiator being up front. Think of where the radiator is on an automobile. The traditional placement on a bike is far from ideal. If forces the wheelbase to be longer than necessary, especially on a sportbike. The space behind the radiator is usually stuffed with... the engine, impeding cooling air flow behind the radator, and forcing the radiator to stick out even more.

That size radiator mounted on the forks likely won't affect steering any more than the typically fairings, headlights, etc. that hangs off the forks anyway. Unconventional? Of course. Dysfunctional? Hardly. It has that quirky ingenuity I've always liked in Buell's designs.

Aesthetics? Well now... park it next to some of those QuasiMoto BMW mugs and let's talk.

Unless bearings are too tight, radiator on the forks is neglible weight wise. Front tire mass while spinning would play the most effect to turn.

Something to consider- those arent forks. Thats a carbon fibre girder.

I saw the Ronin on thekneeslider. I like everything but the front end. I hated the air scoops on the original 1125. I like how the 1140RS has the split radiator which is so efficient without scoops most racers end up taping over most of them.
