small clutch problem. help real quick :D

i have a ducati monster 695.
The sweet spot of the clutch is changing. it seems that the moment the clutch engages in further out than it use to be.. how did this change? how do i change it back to engaging the clutch earlier?

This a generic answer but your clutch pack is wearing and you likely have some clutch adjustment at the lever and the clutch cover.

You have a hydraulic clutch, there is no adjustment.
A couple of things may be the cause:
Your clutch pack may be worn, causing the engagement point to be different.
The fluid in your clutch system may be dark/contaminated and need to be flushed and bled.
Your clutch slave cylinder may be bypassing a bit.
If you swing by I can look at it for you, no charge.

it has 2,500 miles on it...I'm guessing it just needs to be flushed

I just bought it a few months ago with 1,500 miles on it... late October I think. The owner in austin just had it sittin in his garage for several years
