Outrageous - singling out moto's on the road!

Not really... I drive a lot. In sheer numbers, there are way more stupid drivers than riders. But this isn't about that, it's about presumption of guilt of 'a class' of citizens most of whom are law-abiding.

Granted - but in regulating safety by cracking down, stupid cagers are way more dangerous to OTHERS than stupid riders, and there are WAY more cagers, so by the ACTUAL numbers, the danger is on the non-biker side of the equation.

But I don't see that high a percentage of stupid riders to smart riders as you must... And I see a higher % of stupid drivers to smart drivers than you do, I guess.

then pull over the "douchy" ones. dont single out someone simply for riding a motorcycle. seems pretty straight forward to me.

And that's if your in a car OR on a bike too! Way more rude incompetent people in cars, and probably more without insurance, yet they want to focus on riders...

That's really weird (hard to believe) since there is a higher percentage of cars out than bikes...and I'm sure higher percentage of those people texting, eating, etc....while driving.

We need to make more things illegal and enact monetary punishments and jail time for disobedience therefore keeping ourselves safe in the process.

These petitions are so stupid..... If you et 100k people to sign, what law gets changed? What legislation has anyone tried to champion to get any change done?

Do people really feel that these "online" petitions are taken with mote than a grain of salt?

#yeshedid............. By the way, what are they inspecting/searching for, I mean is it a safety inspection, or are they searching for anything in particular? Is this in a state that does'nt have yearly safety inspections, Or is it a so called random vehicle search that happens to be only motorcycles? And is that legal without a warrant?
