If I was a cop I would probably never ever ticket on a rocket. Theres a very good chance I could keep it this way my entire career.

^ Insane, I wonder how much air time you get from the off ramp to the bottom. I bet its a good 4-5 seconds staring doom in the face going "OHSHIT!OHSHIT!OHSHIT!OHSHIT!OHSH".

Dont take it personal, that place STAYS BUSY, If you ever go up there, the phone rings off the hook, so she may be a little annoyed today, plus she just the receptionist... I neva had any issues like that before, but you should be ok from here on in though.

Go to the Sugarland location here:

http://www.laffspot.com/defensive.htm

Pick a nice Saturday, pig out at the buffet, have a few laughs, get 10% insurance discount, dismiss the ticket... Life is good, my friend.

That's batting at least .980, man! You sir, are the Barry Bonds of Citation-Dodgers.

I'm swinging .750 in the last 4 at-bat. Before that... poor average from being younger and dumber.

Thats good, but that $100 he pays will only take care of "1" ticket, and its a waste of a good Sat. Then you have to come back to show you have taken the Def Driving class.... its a bunch of BS. Not to mention you can only take it ONCE A YEAR, what happens if you get another ticket.

There is deferred judication. But seriously... if a rider get 2 tickets or more in a year, said rider needs to rethink this whole thing a bit.

And if paying a $100 fine is a big issue, said rider needs to find a different hobby.

I don't doubt you find your way more appealing. Hey, more power to you and your attorney. I wouldn't rule out that option if I think the situation warrants it. I'm simply pointing out one venue that I found to be somewhat entertaining. Everybody is free to make their choices.

And the other risk is you pay $50 to Citizens, you go to arraignment and waste half a day doing that, then you go to jury trial on a weekday and waste half a day doing that, then the cop shows up and sees it was you and you were actually doing 120 and he got you on laser when he was being nice and you decided to drag him into court, and he says "You know what, I'm going to hang around and smoke this guy because he's retarded for fighting it."

Citizens is NOT a get off automatically. Mostly when law firms beat tickets without trial, it's usually because the cop isn't interested in hanging out all day to go to trial on a 15 MPH ticket. Sometimes it's because of a defective complaint, but even then, those can be re-filed, and if you're doing 120, he may well re-file.

DDC is a get-off-automatically. You got your chance for that. If you have ANY brains at all...

alright that's cool I'll take defensive on the 120mph one, he wrote 84/60 and the other tickets I'll just get the lawyer on it because I honestly want to fight them and really don't think they were fair. one cop wrote 100, not based on pace or radar but just because he traveled 100 to get behind me.

Actually, when U pay Citizens YOU DONT COME BACK TO COURT, its all over, "1 HITTER QUITER" When I hired them I never came back to court, all of MY tickets were dismissed end of story, for me it was a hassle to do DDC, I hated it, If you have been to court as much as I have, it Just made sense TO ME that the people that paid for a Lawyers services tickets were dismissed, those that did DDC got theirs dismissed but the time it took was a little inconvieneced to go through all the BS, and those that had the "3 CHOICES"

1) Guilty
2)Not Guilty
3)No Contest

If you chose any of these, YOU WERE ASSED OUT!!!! Not to mention paying alot of money for the Fine/Fines.

For me its a simple choice, Pay Citizens, because its been tried & Its the Truth.
