Heat out base layers

Its on sale this week so go grab it while its cheap I thought it was worth it.

I bought the helmet liner ($5) today and base layer long johns ($15) from cycle gear today, was waiting on them to go on sale again finally did. You can pick them up from the store off of 59 and bellaire they had them in stock for the sale price online.

Helmet liner, I did feel like it helped a little with keeping my head cooler but the biggest thing I liked about it that it didnt make my hair look absolutely insane or make me look like I just got my beat. Personally def think it was worth $5

The long john base layers, I just wore around the my bedroom real quick and I could def feel them picking up air and felt cool air on me when I started walking. I think these are great to wear under your gear and if you have some vents at least it will most certainly help you keep cooler and the reviews online were good. Paid $15 for them.

The material is different than my under armour, it doesnt feel like its stronger but I feel like it cools a little better, also its a of a lot cheaper than under armour.

Sizing is one size fits all for the helmet liner, for the long johns I got the size large because I hate tight pants and stuff but I think I actually would have gotten away with medium. 31 waist, 168 5"10 they stuff wasnt overly tight, Ima go for the medium when I buy the shirt.

I have the heat out undies but never thought of using that as track undersuit. Make sense. I do have an undersuit already from http://www.motodracing.com/ A lot less than A*. Probably could've just gotten the heat-out to begin with, though.

how do you like the motod one? is it amazing or what? feel more like under armour? im thinking about ordering it.

anyone else try this MOTOD stuff? i was going to get the socks with it too haha

This heat out stuff sucks, ive only done a few track days and its just falling apart. the material is also kinda thick compared to my actual under armour. i cant recommend this stuff. helmet liner is okay i guess, dont think it makes any difference but helmet slides on easier and off.

Yeah if you have under armour or nike under armor use that. What ever helps you stay cool and helps the suit slide on/off
