Thanks buddy, sometimes we have to make a hard choice of fun vs safety and i have learned to always choose safety over fun even if it means that i need to sacrifice my own fun in the process. There is always another day for fun and that is why we have the Big Boys Sunday Rides, but during normal SMRs, it is always good to have things in check before we start the ride.

On the other hand, i think it would be cool to do the Wed. Night ride with the people we know and exclude the younger 17-23 years old kids that think they are superman on 2 wheels...... Should be fun if we dont get too crazy, just a normal cruise around town!

Do it like me, on regular SMRs i just cruise so it is a lot easier on the bike and tires but on the Big Boys Sunday Ride, you ride it like you stole it
