I would not hesitate to do that if given the chance.

Looks like it just takes a big pair. There is no transition to throw you off balance.

This intersection is now 4 lanes all the way thru(over the tracks)
I've hit it at 70mph n my CBR and got some decent air. However they just finished reworking all the train crossings in my area and I hit it just the other day at around 48 and got even more air. Haven't had the opportunity to try it any faster yet.

YOU have to catch the light when it's green the speedlimit for the road is 45mph.

One day I'll set up the gopro and get some footage of me coming over.

I'm glad someone has posted up a thread about this. I've been watching a lot of Isle of Man footage lately and wondering where I could practice jumping around here.

Never had the urge to catch air on a sport bike like a jump.

Now with that said, I have had both wheels off the ground when I was on my old K7 Gixxer 1K on a few occasions. Scariest, leaned way over on the way back from Yankees on a Reverse Forrest route, hit some sort of bump or something at ~120ish and came off the ground completely on the rebound. I moved over in my lane a couple feet. Other than that, there are some nice "ripples" on Grand Parkway south of Westpark Tollway, if you're going fast enough you might just get both wheels off the ground. This is a nice straight away, so not really scary.

For one guy!

May be one or two others that have pulled it off recently, but it sure isn't average! (Yes, I know what you meant by average )

good point the one I pointed out just happens to be in an area that I travel regularly. So one day the light was green and no traffic, I thought why not. So I hit it at around 65 and I was surprised at how smooth the landing was. It didn't feel hard on the bike at all. Unfortunately when they reworked the tracks they screwed it up so it's not quite as soft a landing now.

249 Towards Magnolia, as you're going through Pinehurst will throw you for a "Oh " Moment if you're not paying attention.

Doing an excess of 75+ anyway.
