Hi Lawrence. All healed up?

That does look like a Chinese website selling the same wares you see all over fleabay. Friend of mine in Calif bought a set of Chinese fairings for his gixxer750 track bunny. It's good, if not great, quality. Does take a bit of work to get everything fitted up correct, but not too bad.

I've used alibaba before but for stuff for our office. Sometimes quality varies greatly when importing something from China, but I haven't used that site or ordered moto parts directly. I've had a few issues on alibaba and no way to resolve them once product was here.

Hey Lawrence, good to see you posting again, imo it is a lot better to get the fairings from ebay than directly from China, if something is wrong with the products you can always resolve it with ebay but if you order directly from China then you might not get the help needed.

Thanks guys for the input. This is for my sons bike and I'll past this info to him.

Frank, looks like you guys had a nice group this weekend. That had to be a fun ride! I just started p/t for my hand last week. I've probably got 2 or 3 months before i can get these fingers to cooperate....lol....should be just in time for some nice riding weather.

Thanks again guys!

Has decided ordering from them may not be the best thing to do and going to look at ebay or elsewhere.

Any suggestions on where he should look? They're for an 08' gsx r600.

Someone that carries good quality fairings, but is not outrageously priced.

Not yet, but much better. I ended up with five broken bones in my hand, and a cut tendon. They though that the knuckle was just dislocated on my ring finger, but it ended up being out of socket broken and a cut tendon all in the same place. A lot of damage in a one place. There wasn't a lot holding that finger on...lol...but the doctor did a great job of putting it back together.

Ouch! Sounds like you'll have some rehab even after everything heals back up. I broke my hand many years ago, nowhere near as bad as yours, but it took me a while before I could regain full range of motion on the affected fingers.

If you do do rehab or physical therapy, DO NOT accept any nicknacks they give you to take home. I was charged an outrageous amount for some silly puddy and a rubber sheet - supposedly to take home for exercising my hand - and that was my copay. Blatant highway robbery.

Started rehab last week, it's a b*tch. I'll definitely take your advice on that one. The sesions themselves are outrageous.

Knowing what I know now, if I ever get into the same situation again, I wouldn't bother with too many PT sessions, if any. Most of the stuff I can do at home. The affected parts get better by simply using it and breaking the scar tissue. Hopefully your insurance will cover most of it. Good luck.

And yes, go ebay. I've had great luck and no incidents for many yrs. Then last yrs I had to fight two sellers. Ebay took my side.
