X-11 or RF-1000 Shoei?

Which do you like better? Or if not, which other SHOEI do you like? Just shoei's, not agvs or arais... I get better deals on shoeis.. like 300 dollars off retail

I havnt got to try on the x-11 yet... The 1000 fits real nice, very comfortable. I was guessing they would fit about the same. I guess the x-11 is worth the extra couple bucks. Theres no real designs I like on the x-11. I like the vermulen 2 TC-5 but they discontinued that color :(

I have two X-11's, you can use one for a day. If you get that much of a discount, get the X-11.

X-11. for me at least, the fit is better. the helmet hugs the whole face without any pinching or excessive tightness.

I passed up a good deal on an RF-1000 to wait until I can afford another X-11.

The X-11 is supposed to be a newer design (which it is) but i dont like any of their color schemes.

There are alot better looking helmets in the RF-1000's. Im looking to buy a new helmet too and like you, i can get alot better price on the shoei's as opposed to the others so im leaning to sticking with shoei. They make a bad lid anyways.

I just wish they made some of the same paint schemes on the x-11 as they did on the RF-1000.

Will the shield from the rf1000 fit the X-11?

Word. The only one i actually liked was the vermulen TC-5 but they discontiuned it and my rep cant get it. I can get the RF-1000 for like $280 and the X-11 for about $400...

Everyone is saying x-11 but i dont like any of the designs. I want something nuetral colored like black/silver.

I really like the diabolic 3 in the rf-1000

If you like the RF-1000 then get it. Both are great helmets. I just prefer the exceptional fit of the X-11 on my head, and it's something I trust with my life, so I stick to it.

Im looking for a new one now and i like the picotte 3. I just wish the helmet was an x-11. :BangHead:
