Most of these rib jabs meant no harm. Don't take them personal. I ride all sorts of bikes, had an S83 earlier, and will probably get a cruiser sooner or later. I do like the M109 and M90. I rode power cruisers in the late 80s and wish there are more of them now.

MH is mostly a sport bike forum.
what's a cruiser?

I like the European-designed CB1000R, except for one thing - the muffler. That thing looks like it got extruded out of a constipated elephant. Swap it out with a nice aftermarket can - especially one that shows off that single-side swingarm - and it'll look classier than the Z1000.

any bike suggestions?

price range 4k - 6.5k
VFR800 or FZ1.

2012 z1000 or ducati streetfighter. they both have the best balance between sport and comfort.
I have to say that i lean more towards the ducati because of the vtwin, but both are a viable choice..

Bagged this one a couple of months ago. The big Viffer is an acquired taste. Too portly to dance like a supersport; too sporty a tourer to please the iron butts. But if you find the SS ergo too punishing, but still not quite ready to join the Goldwing Club or the Geezer Glide Gang, then bikes like the VFR1200 and K1300S might just make a viable alternative to .

Stopped by Wild West Honda last week. There was what looked like barely used CB1000R with CF TwoBros. Took this pic of the used one outrside. They also had a demo one inside the showroom. Didn't see a price tag on the used one, but the demo was marked $9999.
