If we can i will contact the Spring Police Dept. to let them know we have permission and what we will be doin and discuss the guidelines since i have some people in the Spring Police Dept. I'll let yall know what happens and if we can use it since us (motohouston) people need a new place since its gettin warmer and closer to summer
Sounds good. Let us know how it goes. The spot will be a dead give away anyway, it's right off of I-45, clearly visible from the freeway. I rode there a couple times when they had just finished construction of the shopping center, it wasn't too bad, just a little dusty at the time. The spot would actually be a good place to have a "bike night" once a week if it was roped off with caution tape and somewhat organized. It's probably not a place I would want to just go practice at though, since it's right out in the open, you would get a lot of people gathering around and cars cutting through the parking lot if it wasn't roped off.

Sounds good. Don't be to hard on the guy, he has good intentions. He might not have planned it too well, but that's up for debate being that the sight is pretty visible and it wasn't going to be a secret for too long anyway.
