I have seen a rider covered in a sheet before - with my kids. Very sad; that image stays with you forever.

I also saw the accident, I was in the cage. When I saw the "Medical Examiner's" van I realized it was not good. :( Seems like there were several cars involved. It was after passing the police cars that I noticed the yellow Gold Wing in very bad shape further ahead was an SUV (Hyundai?) with severe front damage. As terrible as it was I will never quit street riding. My condolences to friends and family. RIP

RIP to the rider. Any new info? Driving home at rush hour on Hardy toll saw two cops on the road. It slowed everyone down a bit. Enough that all the formula 1 wannabes couldnt bottleneck everyone too bad. The image of the sheet covered body is a cold reality check.

Found this, but not much information. I think there is a mistake since it said a Goldwing struck a motorcycle. I think it was an SUV that struck the bike. The article is a bit confusing.

Yeah I recorded the 9 and 10 news but didn't see anything on it. It will surely come later that it was someone on here's relative neighbor , coworker or friend. Seems there's always a connection to mh.

Saw the scene on my way home last night too. I was hoping it wasn't a RIP situation, but looked like it would be with as many Officials that were on scene. I just saw the aftermath/carnage of all the vehicles. Sad! Saw two vehicles smashed and the yellow Goldwing further ahead, trashed and lying on the shoulder, close to the divider wall. This put an extra 45 minutes onto my trip home, and I knew it wasn't going to be a good scene... I'd gladly sit through again if the rider could still be with us. Very Sad

RIP
