you, you piece of eating wanna be rent-a-cop!!!!!
You have no idea what your talking about. Just like when you told Mike he couldn't get his stuff and even said HPD couldn't come on the property. What happened then? He walked right in past all 7 of you dumb and got what's his, didn't he. Boy you sure stopped him! Good luck even trying to "secure" that property. Your soooooo stupid that you don't even know about all ten ways to get in. So keep coming in the front gate and doing your your little checks while the party happens right behind your back. Always one step behind.

If that clown actually is in security, I would not give you a nickle for his life expectancy... morons like that get weeded out....their behavior ether gets them fired or killed.
They do not scare anybody over 5 years old and once they run their mouth and their bluff gets called, they do not know what to do.

Ok, in all seriousness, it's funny to be bashing this security guard for wanting to talk trash to us but here's the deal.

The property is in the process of switching hands up top and for this state of limbo, a new management company has been appointed by the court, and a security detachment has also been set up. These measures were taken by the courts and the concerned parties for a reason.

Offers are being made to purchase and keep this property among the offroad community. It is just as possible for some wild-eyed investor to come in, level the place, and add in more apartments or industrial property on top of what we all want to keep as a playground.

i have already asked for there to not be any trouble among our community while we sift through the paperwork to help make some of our dreams come true and legally protected. Continuing to threaten and belittle the already remarkably redundant security forces will only further sway the decisions out of our favor, and it makes us all look bad. Not everybody that wants to play at Sugar Hill is a trash talking, loud-mouthed, arrogant troublemaker. Stop representing us that way.

The park is closed and will remain that way until further notice. Anyone caught by authorities will be issued trespassing citations or removed from the property at the authority's discretion.

The posts are funny, but dang, clean it up a little and let's not all look like hooligans.

, i have never been there and would not tresspass... just find the guy coming on here like he was 10 feet tall, bullet proof and had a 28" , to be unprofessional and uncalled for. Starting off by acting like a and throwing out vague threats sounds like baiting to me... trouble is when you bait, you can catch things you never really wanted.

That's exactly what I'm getting at. The security guard will get what's coming to him. I'd just rather not see the MH or any of the Houston off-road community lower to his level. It's not necessary.

It has already been brought to the Trustees attention and also discussed with the owner of SEAL (Mr Golden). Mr G didn't sound too happy about it and assured me he would look into it. Now if he really does who knows.
I also showed it to one of the other security guards who were out there that night and he already knew who posted it. According to him it's a major infraction to post stuff or even talk about their job and contracts PUBLICLY.

Yup. I talked to an HPD officer who works in my unit, and knows the seal guys. Whoever posted that is gonna get some serious repercussions. An infraction like this usually results in termination of the guards' employment or even loss of contract with the property.

SHORP is closed until further notice. Mike or myself will give official word on when it is reopened. Until then, please stay off the property while everything gets ironed out.

On the other hand - there are many other places to ride. Google Rio Bravo, 3 Palms, Texas Off Road Ranch, Sam Houston Forest Trails, Brazos Valley Off Road Ranch, and Doan South Offroad.
